LTA and SCDF would like to clarify that the
requirement to display a compressed natural gas (CNG) label on the front and on
the rear bumpers is set as a condition for approval of new or converted CNG
vehicles.
The label serves to alert emergency
responders when responding to road traffic accidents or fires involving CNG
vehicles to ensure that appropriate action can be taken to mitigate the
incident.
